Yes, tax is included in the final order proposal. We will call it out as an individual line item for clarity.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the location in which you are purchasing. Upon completion of an order design, we will estimate shipping and provide that to you in full clarity as a “final price”. If any questions come up about the shipping timeframe or method we are happy to answer.
Do you provide building permit documents?
We are more than capable of assisting in helping you obtain building permit documents. We will provide drawings and all of what you need. Depending on your location we can advise as to how to receive approval, work through it with you, and make sure that all is completed according to code.
How long from a completed order to delivery?
This is highly dependent on location but our average delivery timeframe is 4-8 weeks.
Do you have any standard models?
We do not really have any ready made standard models, but instead offer a flexible building system which allows you to customize to your choice. That being said, if you want the process to be as quick and simple as possible, you are free to pick from past customer’s designs!
Do you sell outside of the USA?
For now we are only selling within the country.
Do you provide turnkey solutions?
Yes, we are happy to provide a fully comprehensive turnkey solution including the site-work. It will take us a bit more time to provide the entire cost but it is no issue and can make your life a lot easier!
Is an assembly instruction manual included in the delivery?
Yes, with every delivery we will provide a detailed set of construction drawings as well as assembly instructions to complete the job on-site if you did not elect to purchase a turn key solution.
