Factory Built Precision Framing
Our expert craftsmen begin by constructing each wall panel with precision in our factory. Every stud header and opening is built to exact specifications so your building starts with a straight square and structurally sound frame. This controlled environment eliminates common on site delays and delivers consistent high quality results from day one.
Integrated Weather Protection
Once framed each panel receives ZIP sheathing or your specified weather barrier. This creates a continuous protective envelope that improves air sealing and moisture resistance ensuring your panels arrive ready to withstand the elements before installation even begins.
Exterior Completion in the Factory
Unlike most panelized systems we install windows doors siding trim and flashing in the factory. Completing the exterior shell before delivery reduces on site labor shortens build time and protects the structure during construction.
Organized and Protected for Transport
After fabrication each panel is cleaned labeled and stacked in the exact order it will be installed. Panels are wrapped and protected to prevent damage during transport and handling making on site assembly efficient and predictable.
Coordinated and Reliable Delivery
Panels and materials are shipped together on 53 foot flatbed trucks or equipment appropriate for your site. Our team manages logistics and timing so materials arrive safely and exactly when needed.
Simple and Efficient Unloading
Once delivered panels are unloaded and unwrapped by your local crew. Clear labeling and sequencing allow teams to immediately begin installation without confusion or downtime.
Rapid Structural Assembly
Panels are set in place and securely fastened to the foundation and adjacent panels. This step brings the building envelope together quickly with precision and structural integrity that surpasses traditional framing methods. The windows, doors, and large majority of the siding are pre-installed.
Engineered Roof Structure
Engineered roof trusses are installed once wall panels are complete. These trusses provide immediate stability and define the roof structure allowing the building to become fully enclosed.
Visualizing the Space
With the frame and roof in place you can clearly see the interior layout and volume of the building. This stage helps bring the design to life before interior construction begins.
Fully Weather Tight Exterior
Roofing materials siding details and final adjustments are completed to ensure a sealed and durable exterior. Quality checks are performed to confirm everything meets our standards.
With the exterior shell complete the building is ready for interior finishes including insulation electrical plumbing drywall and flooring. A precisely built structure allows the interior phase to move efficiently and with confidence.
