2,850 SF / $230,000 ($81/SF)

Vera

A custom 2,850 square foot home in Warren, Connecticut: 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a detached garage, set into the Litchfield County woods.

The design took time and many iterations with the owner, and the result is a long, low single-story plan in dark vertical siding that sits quietly on its land.

The full exterior shell, framing, ZIP sheathing, windows, doors, siding, and roofing, was manufactured in our factory, delivered as a panelized kit, and stood waterproofed on site in a little over a week. Interior finishes were completed on site by the owner’s local contractor, following our interior space plan and floorplan.
